VIDEO Hormel Foods Buttermilk Hot Pepper Brined Pork Loin TV commercial 2024 • Buttermilk Hot Pepper Brined Pork Loin 0:02 hello I'm Charlie t with Charlie tees 0:04 foods and RC's barbecue today we're 0:07 going to be making a brine porkloin with 0:09 buttermilk and habanero we're going to 0:12 take a little bit of this fat off that's 0:14 all I need to do right there all right 0:16 now we're going to marinate it going to 0:17 take some of our habanero the whole jar 0:20 is going to go in cuz I don't want to 0:22 waste any let's take some of this 0:24 buttermilk lid back on give it a shake 0:28 and that goes in so it's even Mount of 0:30 Buttermilk and habanero this is a chef 0:33 friend of mine Dan Burrow's recipe and 0:35 it's really fun now again we're going to 0:38 take this we're going to put that 8 hour 0:40 or overnight and then we'll get her on 0:42 the grill after that so this is 0:44 marinated for about 24 hours what I'm 0:46 going to do now is season with a little 0:49 salt on both sides cuz we're eating the 0:51 whole thing then we're going to hit it 0:53 with a little bit of this rib rub I like 0:55 to do this cuz you get a nice even coat 0:58 we're going to get on the sides too 1:01 Lipper this is the fat side up we're 1:03 going to be doing fat side up on the 1:05 grill there a little brown sugar on top 1:07 just to take a little bit of that heat 1:08 away and we'll keep doing this 1:11 throughout the process of cooking and 1:13 also going to be spritzing with a little 1:14 bit of apple juice too the internal 1:17 temperature we're looking for on this 1:18 finished porkloin is 1:20 145° look at that it is ready to roll 1:23 look at how nice that looks look at that 1:26 nice Rosy pink inside beautiful put a 1:29 little bit of Dr of lemon on there and 1:33 there you have it buttermouth grind H 1:35 and arrow pork loin 1:41 [Music]
