They may all be in different industries, but the one thing they have in common is a knack for doing things differently and with fashionable flair. 00:00 my name is Candace Simons I am from 00:01 Detroit and I do a whole lot of things I 00:04 own an advertising company called 00:07 Brooklyn outdoor I also have a lifestyle 00:10 blog called j'adore Detroit I own a 00:13 restaurant called alley taco and I'm 00:15 starting a lifestyle brand called sable 00:17 and bone being someone who is always 00:19 having to go from day to night from 00:22 really quickly from one environment to 00:24 another with all the businesses that I 00:25 own and then meeting friends out for 00:27 cocktails and you know all the things 00:28 that I love to do I never let my style 00:31 go I never let other people determine 00:34 what my style is gonna be I always have 00:36 let it show them through and even if I'm 00:38 going into a super fancy business 00:40 meeting I'm still myself and that was 00:42 something that people always look down 00:44 at but it's something that I've always 00:46 felt super strong about is that you have 00:48 to let yourself shine through and 00:50 everything that you're doing 00:51 so style is where I sort of draw the 00:53 line and where I say like this is who I 00:55 am and this is how I'm gonna dress and 00:57 of course I'm gonna dress you know 00:58 classy for a classy environment but I'm 01:01 just gonna put my own little flavor on 01:03 it - advertisement spot 2018
