Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup butter, sugar and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until boiling and butter is melted. Remove from heat; stir in flour. Return to stovetop; stir vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes or until dough coats bottom of pan. 3. Transfer dough to electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment; mix on low for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooled slightly. Whisk eggs in measuring cup, then gradually stir into dough until glossy but not too runny. 4. Transfer dough to piping bag fitted with 1/2-inch star tip. Pipe 2 1/2-inch long eclairs onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten ends with finger dipped in water. 5. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, then quickly prick each éclair with skewer or toothpick on one end; continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely. 6. Slice off top third from each éclair using serrated knife; set aside. 7. To make ganache, place 3/4 cup of the Dove Peanut Butter Promises and cream in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Dip tops of eclairs in ganache; transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Place 1 Peanut Butter Promise on each éclair; let stand until chocolate is set. Chop remaining Peanut Butter Promises. 8. Using electric mixer, beat remaining butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth and fluffy. Transfer to piping bag fitted with 1/2-inch star tip. 9. Fill bottoms of eclairs with buttercream; sprinkle with chopped Peanut Butter Promises. To serve, replace tops.
