Prep Time: 45 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 1 hour (+ 30 minutes standing time) Makes: 3 dozen Ingredients: 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 10 tbsp unsalted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 7 tbsp finely chopped Dove Deeper Dark Chocolate 70% Promises, divided 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios 3 tbsp heavy cream, divided 3 tbsp white chocolate chips 3/4 tsp matcha powder Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. 2. In small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. 3. Using electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in egg; beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture just until combined. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped Promises. 4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in pistachios to coat. Place 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheets; flatten slightly, making an indent in center with your thumb. 5. Bake on top and bottom racks of oven, rotating and switching pans halfway through, for 12 to 14 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly, pressing down lightly on indents if necessary. 6. Meanwhile, in microwavable bowl, combine remaining chopped Promises with 1 1/2 tbsp cream. Microwave, checking every 30 seconds, for about 1 minute or until melted. Carefully spoon or pipe into indents of half of the cookies. 7. In separate microwavable bowl, combine white chocolate chips with remaining cream. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, for about 1 minute or until melted. Stir in matcha. Carefully spoon or pipe into indents of remaining cookies. 8. Let stand for about 30 minutes or until fillings are set. Tip: Double either filling recipe to make just one flavor if desired.
