From Rascals brewery in Dublin we have Fruitropolis, a sessionable pale ale brewed with Magnum, Amarillo, El Dorado and Mandarina Bavaria hops. This beer is packed with tropical fruit goodness thanks to the hops and additions of orange zest and tropical fruit purees. A taste of the Caribbean from just across the Irish sea! O’hara’s bring a traditional helles lager to the box. With bags of hop additions, this beer has a unique texture and aroma that compliments the higher bitterness we’d expect from the best of the Helles style! Refreshing, clean and balanced. On the nose, this beer gives big amounts of stone fruit and particularly apricot with supporting notes of melon, orange zest and peach which come through in the palate. Gentle honey sweetness, smooth and silky texture, and a light bitter finish will keep you coming back for more and more! Dark box subscribers need to keep an eye out for the tall boy Brewmaster Nitro Stout from Dundalk Bay. With widget technology in the can, this beer pours with a draught-like cascade. You can expect delicious notes of chocolate and coffee backed by the ridiculously smooth mouthfeel. There’s a lot to love with this rich dark beer!
