The product we received was satisfactory and the technician did a great job installing it. However, if you want to work on time, I suggest you hire a different dealer than Clearwater, FL. I am very disappointed with this company's customer support. There is no hidden agenda. There are no sellers. The purpose of listening to the introduction is to understand the product/cost and installation method. Yes, I used the word plastic instead of acrylic. My fault. Unless the product has improved in the years since this thread, I stand by my impression of value. I often recommend alternatives to homeowners and will not sell them if it saves them a ton of money. This is not one of them.
