Created for he Gärten using the fresh flavours of Beirut, this drink mixes Ballantine's with hints of rose and mint, featuring a little spicy kick from the cardamom. Try it for yourself, you’ll need • 50ml Ballantine's Finest • 3 cardamom pods • 10ml rose sugar syrup • 6 - 8 mint leaves • Rose petals for decoration (optional) • Crushed ice Put the cardamom pods into a highball class and crush slightly. Add in the mint leaves and pour over the rose syrup. Muddle. Add in crushed ice. Pour over the Ballantine's Finest.
