The commercial is entertaining and well-made
The Amazing Alexander - This 1986 ad promotes a Broadway play by a popular stage hypnotist (played by Jon Lovitz in the still). Viewers in the ad are unanimous in their praise of the show—the same praise, actually under hypnosis (“I love it. It’s so much better than CATS. I’ll keep watching it.”).
The Season 46 finale spot parodied AMC's collaboration with Vin Diesel to promote its upcoming F9; in this spoof, Diesel (Baker Bennett) celebrates small details ("Ticket... Sticky floors...the hand dryer in the bathroom is louder than a train") Let's go for "mooo-much".
The commercial is aimed at reaching a specific audience
Defendants were aware of the effect of its misleading advertising, and that such misleading commercial practices confuse and direct consumers to its stores. (Id. ¶ 27.) Kerry Lebensburger, Ashley's Senior Vice President of Business Development, directed the defendants to employ these deceptive advertising methods to confuse and deceive members into patronizing their business.
