Galawain's Tusks is the final major region players will visit during their playthrough of Avowed. Hidden deep within the volcanic lands lies the final Pargrun Cache, which contains unique armor. The location of the Pargrun Cache is challenging to reach as it's surrounded by lava and situated on top of a mountain. This guide will help players navigate the volcanic terrain and reach the Cache.
Avowed: Solve Pargrun Cache in Galawain's Tusks
Reaching the Pargrun Cache
The Pargrun Cache in Galawain's Tusks can be found in the northeast corner of the map, near the Lost Village. Follow these steps:
Head to the Northeast Corner: Travel to the northeast corner of the map, next to the Lost Village.
Navigate the Volcanic Rocks: Hop over the volcanic rocks and make your way through the terrain.
Burn the Vines: At the end of the cavern, burn the vines to open a pathway leading up to the Pargrun Cache.
Entering and Looting the Pargrun Cache
Once you exit the lava cavern, you'll find the Pargrun Cache location. Here’s how to enter and loot it:
Face the Enemies: Upon arrival, you might encounter a couple of enemies. Defeating them is optional.
Climb the Rocky Pathway: Head to the left and climb up the rocky pathway.
Use the Vines: Use the vines to reach the top of the Pargrun Cache tower.
Burn the Vines: The entryway to the tower is blocked by vines similar to those in the lava cavern. Burn these vines to gain access.
Drop into the Tower: Drop into the Pargrun Cache tower from the top.
Rewards Inside the Pargrun Cache
Sentinel Mail Medium Armor: Open the chest right below the entry point to obtain this unique armor.
Adra Ban: Also found in the chest below the entry point.
Crafting Materials: Drop down another level to find another chest containing valuable crafting materials.
Exiting the Pargrun Cache
Once you have collected the rewards, unlock the main door to the Galawain's Tusks Pargrun Cache and exit the area.
