In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, there are seven hidden Perks (or Secret Perks) that can be unlocked under special circumstances, enhancing Henry's stats and combat skills. Here is the full list of each Hidden Perk and how to unlock them:

KCD2: How To Unlock All Hidden Perks

1. Good Old Pebbles

• Description: This perk is obtained by rejecting the exchange of your first horse, Pebbles, for another horse called Herring.

• How to Unlock: When offered a horse in Trosky during the Main Quest, choose to keep Pebbles instead of exchanging for Herring.

• Bonus: Increases Henry's bond with Pebbles, providing better stamina and speed for the horse.

2. Red Herring

• Description: This perk is mutually exclusive with Good Old Pebbles.

• How to Unlock: Exchange Pebbles for Herring when offered a horse in Trosky during the Main Quest.

• Bonus: Grants Herring increased endurance and carrying capacity.

3. Steak Tartare

• Description: This perk is challenging to obtain due to the well-guarded Alchemy lab needed.

• How to Unlock: Find the Strange Potion bottle on the first floor, over the Alchemy table in a restricted zone.

• Bonus: Boosts Henry's health regeneration and grants resistance to poison.

4. Ghost Step

• Description: Enhances Henry's stealth abilities.

• How to Unlock: Successfully complete a series of stealth missions without being detected.

• Bonus: Increases stealth efficiency, reducing noise and visibility.

5. Eagle Eye

• Description: Improves Henry's archery skills.

• How to Unlock: Achieve high accuracy in archery contests and hunting challenges.

• Bonus: Increases bow accuracy and range.

6. Iron Stomach

• Description: Increases Henry's tolerance to various foods and drinks.

• How to Unlock: Consume a variety of food items and potions without getting sick.

• Bonus: Grants immunity to food poisoning and boosts stamina recovery.

7. Warlord's Focus

• Description: Enhances Henry's combat prowess.

• How to Unlock: Complete combat training missions and defeat a high-ranking enemy in a duel.

• Bonus: Increases attack speed and critical hit chance.

Hidden Buffs

In addition to the perks, there are two hidden effects known as Hidden Buffs:

• Spectacles Buff: Increases reading speed when Henry wears Spectacles.

• Blacksmithing Origin: Increases craftsmanship and the ability to craft better items by 5 when Henry wears a Blacksmith Apron and Leather Gloves. Provided while completing the quest Hammer and Tongs for Blacksmith Radovan.
