Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: How To Find Rosa’s Book and Save Hans
Infiltrating Maleshov:
- Secret Passage: Due to heavy guard presence, you must use a secret passage.
- Head to the location indicated on the map.
- Use a shovel to clear the dirt blocking the entrance.
- If the game indicates a blockage, move your horse and dog away.
- Navigating the Tunnels:
- Equip a torch, as the tunnels are dark.
- Follow the left wall until you reach a brick wall.
- Henry will remove loose bricks to create an entrance.
- Proceed through the entrance to enter the castle.
Finding Rosa's Book and Hans:
- Enter the room next to the lamp.
- A cutscene will play, reuniting Henry and Hans.
- Hans refuses to use the secret passage.
- Head downstairs and enter the first room on the right.
- Ignore the sleeping woman.
- Retrieve the two swords in the room for Hans and Brabant.
- Before leaving the room, go to the window and grab the red book. This is Rosa's book, and it is missable.
Escaping Maleshov:
- Knock out three guards to ensure a safe escape for Hans.
- Guards Locations:
- A patrolling guard near the drawbridge.
- A guard patrolling from the stable to the northeastern wall.
- A guard at the gate.
- After knocking out the guards, stand behind the cart and use your torch to signal Hans.
- Once Hans and Brabant reach the stable, open the gate.
- Escape the castle.
Post-Quest Activities:
- Returning Rosa's Book:
- After completing the quest, return Rosa's book to her in her room at Kuttenberg.
- You can pursue a romantic relationship with her.
- Following the main quest:
- After the lengthy cutscene that occurs after the end of the quest, you can continue the main story.
- Knocking out the woman and getting the keys:
- Head south and enter the building to your right.
- Knock out the woman and grab the keys.
- Knocking out the second guard:
- Go out and head east until you see a soldier.
- Knock him out and drag his body into the previous building.
- Knocking out the third guard:
- Go up the wooden stairs and enter the left room.
- Slowly climb up until you see two soldiers talking.
- Wait and hide until they move to the adjacent room.
- Climb up the stairs until you reach the highest floor.
