Unlock the Ice Staff in Black Ops 6 Zombies: The Tomb with our step-by-step guide. Master the game and dominate your enemies!

One would expect to wish for one of the Staff's wonder weapons when a Zombies map is situated nearly exactly where Origins was in a different universe. Doom 6's Zombie Mode While there are a few subtle nods to the Origins in the Tomb map, the true star of the show is the Staff of Ice, which you may craft and level up through a series of secret quests.

Black Ops 6 Zombies The Tomb: Get The Ice Staff

Like in the picture up top, you'll have to spin the Ice Staff by solving two challenges and surviving an unprecedented horde of zombies. Additionally, you'll encounter some exceptional zombies, such as our charming Doppelghasts, within the puzzles themselves; best of luck!
Part 1 of the Ice Staff

The Ice Staff may be assembled using the following three components: the monocle, the head, and the staff. The first one has absolutely no mysteries and is really easy to obtain. You can get the first component of the Ice Staff in The Tomb Black Ops 6 Zombies map by killing the Mimic that spawns on round 8.

Two Pieces of Ice Staff

A painting on the wall in the precise spot mentioned above is where you'll discover the second piece. Never forget this room; after you step outside, seek out the Aether Crystals that dangle from the ceiling or rest on the torchstands.

Its appearance is similar to the one in the photograph up top. It will proceed to the next room after being shot. Repeat the shooting process until the crystal reaches the room we specified. In this spot, it will bring the painting's puzzle piece to life. At first glance, the symbols on the wall appear to be nothing more than Roman numbers.

To solve the puzzle, carefully shoot the numbers in the correct order. The following is a walkthrough for the Tomb Black Ops 6 Zombies map's Ice Staff easter egg:

When you fire the numbers in the right sequence, an orb will emerge and float across the area. Very nothing to worry about; all you have to worry about are a few elites and armored zombies. Get a Max Ammo and the head of the Ice Staff as rewards for killing all of them. One piece remaining after two pieces.

Level 3 Ice Staff Part

The last piece of the Staff of Ice can be found in a different area, beside a wall picture of an ox. Continue using the same procedure in this new area; this time, blast the Aether Crystal to bring it here. Just in case the puzzle didn't pop after you shot the purple item, remember that there are two spots for the crystal here. Take a look at the pictures up there; I was captivated for a while, too.

You must restart shooting the numbers from 1 whenever you reach the puzzle. In addition, a swarm of elites and zombies will assault you once the ceremony commences. Before taking on this trial, ensure that you have an enhanced weapon and a minimum of level 2 armor. Once you've dispatched every last zombie, the staff will materialize. Obtain it, and then proceed to the Dark Aether area of the Tomb Black Ops 6 Zombies map to complete the last phase of crafting the Ice Staff.

Creation of Ice Staff Defense

Thank you for visiting! There you will confront the Zombies, one of the game's most difficult obstacles. There will be an overwhelming number of zombies, rats, and bothersome parasites to defeat in this area, so you'll need to be exceptionally sturdy and resilient. Hit the interact button once you've made it to the building in the map's center; then, insert the staff items inside. Sorry, but I don't see a button prompt.

If you want to keep the staff generation process going, you'll need to be either incredibly strong or fortunate enough to stumble onto an Insta-Kill, like me. Behold, my friends, the splendor of destruction! Decide their fate. In the Tomb Black Ops 6 Zombies map, the Staff of Ice is yours to keep if you've made it through the horde.

Even though it's awesome, the Staff of Ice isn't as useful as we had hoped it would be before the map was released. But did you know that you can make this rifle superpowerful by completing an upgrade quest?

Leveling Up Your Ice Staff

So, you're in possession of the Ice Staff, and it's completely different from your expectations, huh? Reason being, if you want the Ice Staff to have healing and charged shot abilities, you'll have to upgrade it. Keep in mind that this adventure is happening during The Tomb's headache festival.

First Thing To Do: Fire The Crystals

Do you recall that in The Tomb you had to shoot Aether crystals in order to obtain the Ice Staff? You must now put three of them in the freezer. You have less than ten seconds to fire all three crystals, making this one of the most challenging challenges in Black Ops 6 Zombies! I'll tell you all you need to know to succeed on your first try because I've failed this assignment more times than I can count.

Even while crossing the cave appears to be an insurmountable obstacle, it is actually relatively feasible. We need to take use of the fact that the crystals will change their position when shot with regular weaponry. Arrange the Aether lanterns such that they sit in close proximity to one another.

At random, four crystals will appear in each of the cave's three primary chambers. We should begin at the two crystals on one side of the map. Use your regular weapon to shoot the crystals till they approach, and then inspect the one in the cave's center.

There can be no less than three crystals—two on each side and one in the center. In addition, you should aim for the farthest distance feasible when shooting the initial crystal. Position yourself near the second Aether crystal and use the Ice Staff to fire the first one. With this power boost, you can defeat all three in under a minute. If everything is in order, Sir Archibald will begin to speak.

Failing to freeze all three crystals in the allotted time will cause the step to be reset, requiring you to shoot each crystal to alter its position once more. In Black Ops 6's Zombies: The Tomb, if you've heard the signal, you can proceed to the Dark Aether and complete the second part of Ice Staff upgrade.

Second Step: The Puzzle Portal

Within the Dark Aether Nexus, you should be on the lookout for three boulders that have a purple emblem. They should all appear similar to the ones in the photographs up top; all three are located in the center of the map. Still, the symbols will be produced at random.

At first, the rocks are quite high up, but a sniper rifle's scope will allow you to see their sign. But if you aim your shots with the Ice Staff, they'll lower themselves to the ground, allowing you to better observe the patterns. Keep these three things in mind and check the portals all across the map once you have them. Obstructing one of the entrances is necessary.

Once you've located the blocked portal, you can bypass it by entering a different one and then approaching the closed one from behind. You'll find eight symbols fastened to the gate; from beneath the Dark Aether rocks, you must blast just the ones you've identified. No specific sequence. You must use the Ice Staff to fire the shots.

Once the portal opens, you'll begin your journey on a rock, with an Aether orb resting before you. In Black Ops 6's Zombies: The Tomb, the last mission to enhance your Ice Staff begins when you interact with the orb before you fall.

Third Step: Hunt for the Orb

This orb contains a soul, but you must not let go of it lest it die. Nothing to worry about if you don't succeed; you'll just have to wait for the following round and shoot the same three symbols again to begin the quest. A swarm of zombies will pounce on you as if they had an issue with you once you begin.

Killing regular zombies in order to fill the orb as much as possible is the main objective. So, keep on with the plan even if you see elite bosses lurking about. If you're in a group, you can split apart the elites so that the other players can concentrate on the regular zombies and keep their attention on the orb.

If the orb charges the whole in the middle of the structure you see above, it means you've upgraded the Ice Staff in The Tomb appropriately. Once the player has interacted with the Ice Staff, the powering animation will start.
