You can expect to pay around 670 Canadian dollars for a Dumbo Octopus that weighs three to four kilograms. Because of its modest weight, you won't need an ultra-special fishing rod to bring it in. That said, we do nonetheless recommend a few of the best fishing rods in the game.

This may take a while to catch a Dumbo Octopus, but it won't be as hard as a Mosasaurus, because they are legendary fish. Be prepared to invest quite a bit of time to find this little octopus since they will hardly spawn as much as the usual or rare fish.
