The update Forsaken Shores sent a raid of pirates upon the world of Fisch with all of their spoils—yes, even nuclear bombs. Don't stress too much about it, though; no in-game hints will actually bring you to these treasures. Fisch: The Easiest Way to Get a Treasure Map

If you want a Treasure Map in Fisch, you'll need a fishing pole. Based on personal experience, there's a minor chance (~1/500) every time you make a catch you'll get a Treasure Map along with whatever you catch - gathering Crab Cages and opening Crates does not count as catches. Keep in mind the chest won't appear or be locatable unless you fix the treasure map. It also seems that you won't be able to find a treasure anymore once you fixed a map and then disconnected from the server.

But if you log back onto the same server, it can still be visible and up for grabs. If you want to fix a map, joining a public server at random isn't always the thing to do.

With the corrected treasure map, you can now use the GPS tool to get the exact coordinates of the Treasure Chest. Buy the chair's GPS device for C$100 at the Moosewood Pond. Get the flippers and diving gear because the treasure box also may spawn underwater.

For fish, the Sunken mutation, 8.25x value is quite achievable, as well.

Like Treasure Maps, Fisch requires a fishing rod in order to obtain a Nuke, short for Nuclear Bomb. It appears to have an extremely low random drop chance with the catch at approximately 1 in 10,000.

To put it away after the minigame, you will have to pass the talent test; thereafter, you can access it manually whenever you want. The nuclear weapon will be set off instantly in the event that you do not pass the skill test.

How Does a Nuclear Detonation Occur?

When a Nuke explodes, an area similar to a Shark Hunt gets created and remains as such for around 30 minutes. All fish picked up in that area will get the nuclear mutation (x3 value).
