How to Fix Cannot sign into Edge with Microsoft account

Signing in is also allowed into Microsoft Edge, a feature included in Microsoft. Once you've signed in to Microsoft Edge with your Microsoft account, it automatically syncs all saved bookmarks, history, and extensions to the cloud. 1] Instead of using your local account, sign into Windows with your Microsoft account.

Make sure you are logging into Windows with the Administrator account. If you have a Local account to log in to Windows, then sign in with a Microsoft account. Alternatively, if you were on a normal user account you can switch to an administrator account.

2] Clear blank profiles in Edge

If this issue appears in the Edge, then probably some unused blank profiles are set. Check that and delete the blank Edge profiles.

Open the Setting menu in Edge.

From the left menu, select Profiles.

At the bottom, you'll find a Delete button on the right-hand side; click it to delete unused profiles.
