1. Have the right license

2. Uninstall and reinstall Office 365 

Reinstalling Office 365 will resolve many issues by starting fresh. Uninstalling removes corrupted or old files that may be causing your problems. A fresh install resets your settings, accounts, and licenses, and makes sure you're on the latest version.

• Open Finder and head to Applications.
• Hold down the Command key and click all Office apps, including Word and Outlook for Mac. Delete Office Keychains 
• Press CTRL and click the selected apps; then click Move to Trash.

3. Activate Office
