Piece of Skull Found at Site 1 

You can find the first skull fragment in the house basement. You will have to go to the back side of the mansion and cross the Headless Avtar to Play the piano in the middle. Go straight forward, as shown above in the picture, after entering left. There will be a room to the right of this. Enter the room; in it is the basement of the Mansion. Once at the bottom, on the corner of the room, toward the bottom of the red and yellow railings, is a crystal. This is Site 2 for the Skull Fragment.

You can pick up the next piece of skull in the mansion's cemetery. Head out of the house and, just over the dead statue in the back, go left. Following along the path, go right at the first entrance-you'll see the shovel on that path-and continue down that way. You will eventually come to a rundown white structure. The shard of skull is hidden behind the bushes to the right of the structure.

Location of the Third Fragment of Skull

The third skull fragment is on the opposite side of the Maze to the west. Turning left when first entering the Maze, this path will continue west on the map and eventually curve around to this body of water as seen in the image above. Immediately taking a left here presents another body of water where, on the opposite side of the stairs, is a Skull Fragment.

Skull Fragment Fourth Location 

In the Hall of Villains room, you'll be able to get all four skull fragments.

This room is to the right side of the hallway once you take your first right from the Mansion entrance. Upon entrance into this room, if you are facing the front, head right where you will see a little stairwell; this will lead you to the bookcases. On the other side of the stairs, between the couch and the lamp table, is a piece of skull. Five Points on the Skull Fragment Next skull fragment can be found in the attic of the mansion.

From there, to reach that location either utilize the Golden Key Necklace to teleport to the first floor or take any staircase leading to that location. Once you enter the attic, proceed down the lane and find another ladder up ahead; midway through, take your first left. Up these stairs to the left will be a picture of a medical-type person.
