How to get Fungal and Magma rod in Fisch
No merchant or market sells the Fungal Rod; no, it's quite a unique stick. Really, you won't unlock it until you've completed the Alligator quest. Stock up on supplies and sail to the island over Mushgrove Swamp to speak with the Agaric NPC. He'll be sitting under a mushroom near the coastline. To help him out, you'll need to catch an alligator-handily found in the pond right next to the Agaric NPC. These creatures are heavy, so you'll want to have the Steady Rod equipped. Once you've caught one, speak again to the Agaric NPC, and he'll reward you with the Fungal Rod.

Head to the island in Roslit Bay and speak with the Orc NPC at the Roslit Volcano. While speaking with him, he will mention going on to fish for a pufferfish. Seaweed bait increases your chances of catching this by 35. The price for this type of bait is 200 credits, and you can buy it in the Moosewood shop. Just give the Pufferfish caught from him to the Orc NPC, and he will hand over the Magma Rod to you in return.
How to get Executive Rod in Fisch?
Well, you won't be able to get your hands on the Executive Rod sword in Roblox Fisch. According to this game's Trello board, this sword is an Admin sword- meaning that no one other than the developers and administrators of the game can use this sword.
