Opening specific ports is necessary so that the various Roblox game servers can talk to your network. Sometimes your router may be set to block or limit these ports. By manually forwarding the required ports, Roblox will be able to connect directly to the servers without interference.
3.1 Access your router settings and enable UPnP.

3.2. Then, Manually Forward the Ports That Roblox Uses
To access the menu of NAT Forwarding/Port Forwarding settings of your router, you need to follow steps 1 to 3 from the above tutorial.

4. Force Your Console to Restart
Sometimes, all that is required to get rid of this issue is to restart your console. Clear temporary memory, repair minor glitches, refresh network connections, and force a hard reboot of the Xbox to finally fix Error Code 103 for cache issues.
