For catching Mottled Gobi, we do recommend that you go for fishing in the Mirror Pond Ruins, which will be located on the northwest of the Kilima Valley.
Upon arrival to the Mirror Pond Ruins, a bubble should be visible in the water. With a Glow Worm equipped as bait, cast the line within that bubble using the Fishing Rod tool.
PLEASE NOTE That to catch the Mottled Gobi, you need Glow Worm bait. Before setting the fishing line into the pond, attach the Glow Worm Bait to the fishing rod.
When done, make sure to shake the bobber a good three times. After the third shake, the bobber will start moving; in order to reel the fish, hold down the left mouse button and pull the mouse so the fish stays within the brackets.

Send 100 Gold Base, or 150 for Star Quality to Zeki or send them to the Shipping Bin for the Mottled Gobi.
