How to complete the Hedgepuff challenge in Wuthering Waves

During the Wuthering Waves 1.3 Where Stars Slumber event, one of the challenges completed was the Hedgepuff challenge, in which one needs to find and defeat the Outlier Tacet Discord Hedgepuff within the all-new area, Black Shores Archipelago, which cannot be accessed outside the Where Stars Slumber event if one has not cleared the Black Shores Main Quest.

Wuthering Waves: Hedgepuff Challenge Walkthrough

Now, during the Lifetime of Adventures part of the Where Stars Slumber event, there are four objectives that can be completed. One of these is the Hedgepuff challenge. The obstacle can be found north of the Black Shores Archipelago near the area called TD Observatory.

Keep in mind that you will need at least a Level 1 Data Hub to unlock the Hedgepuff challenge. Once you feel prepared to take on Hedgepuff, proceed with the following steps to get to the challenge location:

Step #1: Find the Competition Site

Outlier Tacets Hedgepuff can be found near the Resonance Beacon in the northernmost area of Black Shores Archipelago. As one teleports to the Resonance Beacon, head north toward the small island to arrive at the location of the challenge.

Step 2: Eliminate Hedgepuff

An Outlier Tacet Discord, the Hedgepuff is a huge version of its common variant, the Gulpuff Tacet Discord. Its primary means of attacking are huge bubbles that trap and immobilize the player. Defeat the Hedgepuff by deploying your highest DPS heroes while avoiding the bubbles.

Upon the first kill of the Hedgepuff in an Outlier Tacet Discord, the following is awarded to the player:

One High-Quality Supply Cabinet

A Single High-Tech Storage Unit

A Single Normal Supply Chest

Complete the Hedgepuff quest to acquire Wuthering Waves, which are rewards
