Today we will show you How to Complete Finding the Flying Plant Quest in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom. So, pay close attention.
There is one of the early side quests in the game Echoes of Wisdom involving an old man searching for a flying plant. The flying plant is rather mysterious.
It doesn't tell you much, if anything, about what you need to find or how to go about doing it in-game; you have to put together clues and search a general region until you happen upon it by chance. Finding it might be a pain, so unless you want to have to do that, I can give you a hint.
Finding the Flying Plant quest guide: Zelda Echoes of Wisdom
Once completing the Suthorn Temple in the Echoes of Wisdom, you head toward Suthorn Village. Inside the village, you speak with an old man who asks for your help in tracking down a flying plant near some caves in Suthorn Forest for his wife. The cave he is referring to does not open until after sealing off the rifts in Suthorn Forest, but it has a great number of them.
The only way to get to the cave on the far right-hand side of the forest is by bounds leaping over the trees surrounding it. This is sat south of Zelda's initial rift entry; you can use the three beds here to get height before bounding across the treeline, into the area. Once in the cave, off to the right you will see from the entrance two torches; follow these and it'll take you through to a narrow passageway.
Continue forward, and a flying Peahat monster in the shape of the flying plant you are chasing will appear. If you want the monster's echo, you'll have to kill it. To beat the Peahat, there are two options: have the ranged enemies shoot it from a distance, or press up on the D-Pad to transform into Link and flail your sword around to damage and score a quick kill. Because the spikes on the Peahat never lower, the only way to defeat it if you can't get close enough to it to quickly beat it is with ranged echos or by hurling items at it. If you have a fire enemy echo in your inventory, you may even try burning it. Get the echo of the monster once you kill it and take that back to town to spawn it in front of the old man. A single Might Crystal awaits you upon completion of the task after a few lines of conversation and a playing cutscene.
In Echoes of Wisdom, there's rare material called Might Crystal that extends your sword's power or its energy meter. You will need a multiplier of five to unlock either one. If you want to transform into Link to defeat monsters that are really easy to handle compared to the echoes you have, then you will want to collect Might Crystals.
