Using these ingredients, one will be able to make a Dessert Meal type of Root Beer.

sugarcane, one x

One vanilla bean

It is famous in the Forgotten Lands biome for the ground-foraged ginger. You can buy the amount you need of sugarcane from Goofy's Stall in the Dazzle Beach biome at a price of 29 Star Coins. Vanilla on the ground is famous in the Sunlit Plateau.

Grounding Root Beer in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Cooking Station allows players to cook their Root Beer Recipe once they have obtained all of the ingredients. Open the Valley, approach one of your cooking stations, and prepare the Root Beer by adding all of the ingredients in the correct order within the cooking pot. If you're ready, select the "Start Cooking" option.

Using Root Beer in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Note that it counts as a quest item for Scar's Nature and Nurture quest, but the root beer itself is different.
