Igniting the Fire Within is a World Quest in Hallowfall, which is available once the leveling campaign has been completed. To initiate the quest, one needs to go to the location at coordinates 55, 34, where Anduin and Faerin stand together side by side.
To finish the quest, take the Lamplighter Torch from the keyflame lamp behind them. With your brand-new torch, you will want to rally six different Arathi groups. Well, as easy as it sounds, here is the catch-you will need to interact with every Arathi group by clicking on the "Rally" button that appears when you click on them.
The "Rally" button will be in different places on your user interface depending on how you have things set up, so carefully scan your screen until you find it. Click it to progress the quest. Do this for all six of the Arathi groups around and you will complete the quest.
