Giggle

First off is the Giggle, a star-shaped monster with a wide salmon-grey grin that's always beaming with cheer. This passive creature generally sits atop the roof, relatively harmless until the players approach. Moving underneath it causes the Giggle to drop down for a 40-point bite, automatically falling back afterward. Fortunately, a well-timed Glowstick throw can knock it off its high perch to set up for a fight in more advantageous circumstances.

Gloombats

Gloombats, like Giggles, are common residents of the mines level. These bat/moth creatures can be recognized by their bright, shiny yellow eyes. Harmless enough it sounds, Gloombats are quite dangerous in fact. When they detect you, they will lock onto your light sources and extinguish them immediately. When all of your light sources are gone, the Gloombat will then come after you and attack for 10 points of damage each hit. A great way to avoid being its target is by turning off your light source and back away from it. Alternatively, a Gloomstick or Laser Pointer should work just fine since it won't provoke the Gloombat into an assault.

Gloombat Eggs/Moth Eggs

For those who would ask, Gloombats are simply unhatched Gloombat eggs. The dark, rounded objects are everywhere on the dimly lit surfaces. Though harmless if left alone, stepping on them will prematurely hatch them. An adult Gloombat will pop out of it, and it will attack. To avoid any possible unpleasantness, best stay away from Gloombat eggs.

Grumble

Grumble is one of the most intimidating and deadliest species of Giggle. He could knock players out with a few hits, which can come out pretty fast. You will be meeting this giant monster in Door 150 for the first time when you try to find your way out of the nest. Against the Grumble, you need to use distractions. Use Bulklight or Glowstick to distract it, placing or throwing those objects down corridors or at intersections. Alternatively, use its size against it by hiding yourself down narrow alleys that are too small for it to enter. Crucifixes also come in handy, for they temporarily immobilize the Grumble as you reposition yourself in a better location.

Hide (Revised)

The new Mines level has seen a slight tweak in his behavior. Stay too long in a locker, and he will pop out and force you to play a mini-game of hearts. Fail it twice and he'll toss you out, taking 40 damage without immediately being able to go back in.

Find (Updated Variant)

The Seek creature returns once more as the final boss in Door 200, this time as a huge, black slimy blob with multiple eyes. While its monstrous form might give one scares, its attacks are pretty straightforward. It mainly employs two tactics: random hand swings and focused laser beams. To avoid laser attacks, one should simply shift away from the origin of the laser. For random hand attacks, stay in the center of the sewer area. Drain the Seek creature by using these tactics and by solving the final puzzle, turning the valves on. This way, you will be able to beat the game.
