Access can be gained in two ways:

Having these two items in your inventory, approach the Shrine of Desna and do the following: 1. Put the Small Harp and Small Sextant (from your Notable Items tab) into the slots provided. The Map of Unknown Lands will already be there.
2. Click the hand interaction icons in this order: Middle, Right, Left, Middle.
If done correctly, a vision of Arueshalae should appear. Continue through the main quest of the Lost Chapel at leisure.
After completing the quest for the Lost Chapel, continue on your story to Drezen's prison. As you progress through the prison, decline Nurah's idea since it leads one into a trap of deadly minotaurs. Search for Arueshalae in her prison cell instead.
When you do find her, tell her of your vision and then select the Azata Mythic Path option. You will then have officially hired the services of Arueshalae as a trusted ally in your Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous journey.
If you don't have the Azata option, don't you worry. You can still find Arueshalae in Greengates in Act III and recruit her.
Following these steps will allow you to have Arueshalae join your party early in the game and expand your options both in and out of combat for much of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
