Lost Keys are vital in Rarity Miner to unlock Lock Chests. In this, one learns how to find these elusive keys and maximize the chances of success.

Finding Lost Keys in Rarity Miner

Lost Keys are a valuable commodity found deep within the Earth's crust, generally dwelling in caves between 440 and 1,000 meters beneath the Earth. They can mostly be found in most biomes from Basalt to Tuff and have their spawn locations randomized, meaning a lot of exploration goes into finding these keys.

Expect three to four keys in one cave, and since they are colored differently from the rock that surrounds them, they are easy to visually see with Rarity Miner. Once you acquire a Lost Key, it'll be put into your inventory and noted down in the Cave Index with the depth on which it was found.

The Cave Index is a great Earth's depth treasure, which efficiently gathers the Lost Keys. By means of the index, one is able to plan the routes of exploration, focusing one's attention on those caves that will more likely contain such valuable items.

What is the Lost Key used for in Rarity Miner?

As I have mentioned before, Lost Keys are used to unlock the Lost Chests that can be found in Rarity Miners' Gleam Cave. The reward inside the chest is rewarding, and most of the time it's time-wasting to get. Because I haven't got super rare items for myself, I have been lucky enough to get a Celestial from one of those chests. So with drawing this reward, it means the reward would be random and a lot dependent on your luck.

Given that both the amount of time one is willing to invest and the award for those can be so unpredictable, personally, I think it is far better to invest in traditional ways of farming. Sure, a lost chest has a very rare chance of giving me something really valuable, but that does not always justify the work.

In this way, we conclude this article about Locations of all the lost keys in Rarity Miner, hoping that it has served you as much as possible so that you can find what you are looking for more quickly.
