Where to find Distressed Citizens in FFXIV Dawntrail
Speak with Wuk Lamat:

• Start by talking to Wuk Lamat at the Sunperch Throne Room.
• She'll task you with helping the people of Tuliyollal before investigating the new dome.

Resplendent Quarter:

• The first part involves finding Distressed Citizens in the Resplendent Quarter.
• Their locations are:
• Dumbfounded Farmer (X: 8.9, Y: 11.1)
• Sorrowful Citizen (X: 8.4, Y: 12.4)
• Despairing Alpaca Herder (X: 8.1, 12.4)
• You'll encounter two other residents who aren't distressed (don't count towards quest completion):
• Levelheaded Resident (X: 8.9, Y: 11.6)
• Cheerful Resident (X: 8.4, Y: 12.8)

Bayside Bevy Marketplace:

• After finding the first three, Wuk Lamat will send you to Bayside Bevy Marketplace.
• Here's where to find the next set of Distressed Citizens:
• Flustered Citizen (X: 12.1, Y: 13.1)
• Paranoid Resident (X: 14.4, Y: 12.7)
• Stockpiling Citizen (X: 13.1, Y: 12.7)
• Similar to the prior area, there are non-distressed residents:

Completing Together as One MSQ:

• Once you've found all six Distressed Citizens, return to Wuk Lamat.
• She'll then direct you to speak with G'raha Tia to finish the quest.
