Initiating the Quest:

Talk to Audrey Stolz at the Vault 63 Meteorology Sector after finishing "Between the Lines."
Accept the "Seeking Shelter" quest from Audrey.

Locating the Missing Piece:

Head east from the Meteorology Sector and follow the road to the Shenandoah Visitor Center.
Enter the Visitor Center and speak with Kevin Harris.

Clearing the Path:

Kevin reveals intruders are blocking access to the Weather Machine part in his bunker.
Follow the objective marker and eliminate all the cultists (intruders) in the area.
Report back to Kevin after successfully clearing the threat.

Retrieving the Part:

Follow Kevin to his bunker.
Interact with the console in front of you to obtain the Weather Machine Repair Part.

Returning to Audrey:

Fast travel back to the Vault 63 Meteorology Sector.
Talk to Audrey and inform her about retrieving the part.

Fixing the Weather Machine:

Follow the objective marker to reach the Weather Machine located above.
Interact with the console to install the part and repair the machine.

Quest Complete!

You'll receive a notification of completing "Seeking Shelter."
A new quest, "Oldest Trick in the Book," will become available.

Be prepared to fight ghouls while navigating the Shenandoah Visitor Center.
Pack some stimpaks for healing during the cultist encounter.
