Workday, an enterprise software company used by many Fortune 500 companies, will be a new addition to this year's Super Bowl commercial play and plans to air its first Big Game commercial. That's because the way people work has evolved for nearly three years amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
While what Workday does may not be as easy to explain as a can of soda or a bag of chips, Schlampp hopes the colorful pitches at the Super Bowl will make the company as memorable as those types of advertisers. "It's not what you'd expect from a typical enterprise software company," he said. "It was really fun and brave."
