Butter cut-sides of buns with soft butter. Place buns on tin foil butter-side down, then place on grill and warm until toasted; remove from heat and set aside. Place pineapple on grill for 2 minutes remove and set to the side. Form (4) 6 oz patties using the ground chuck. Season on both sides with salt and pepper. Place burgers on grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature registers 165 degrees on a meat thermometer (for well done). Place pepper jack cheese on top of burgers, followed by grilled pineapple and close grill cover. Then, turn off heat and let burgers stand for 5 minutes on grill until cheese is melted.
