If you want more control over cooking your pizza you can try the Manual Mode of operation on the Smart Oven® Pizzaiolo. Control the pizza deck, top temperatures, and select which heaters are in use to fully customize your pizza cooking experience to suit your perfect pizza. Follow the steps below to learn how to put your machine into Manual Mode.
Instructions: 1. Place your interface magnet over the control dials on the front of your machine. Now you can see what temperature you’ve set and what heaters you’ll use. 2. To set the machine into manual mode, press and hold the Deck Temp dial and turn the Top Temp dial from off to 350°F. 3. Release the Deck Temp dial. The Manual Mode light will flash three times and then stay on. The machine is now operating in Manual Mode. 4. The Top Control dial on the far right will allow you to choose the heat distribution in each top element. 5. Selecting the setting on the far left will achieve a similar heat distribution on the inner and outer heating elements for an even cooking result. 6.Moving the dial from left to right moves the heat distribution to the outer element. The outside of the top element will have higher heat distribution than the inside of the top element like for a Neapolitan pizza that requires high heat to cook the crust. 7. To reset your selection turn the Style dial off and turn it back to your desired function.
