[CHAPTER 1 – DASHBOARD – 01:36]
The Ford Pro™ Telematics DASHBOARD provides quick access to real-time vehicle data. At the top of you’ll find five main tabs:
DASHBOARD, VEHICLES, LIVE MAP, DRIVERS, and VEHICLE HEALTH.
These allow you to compare the day-to-day performance of your fleet, and to make any relevant adjustments to help improve overall productivity.
[CHAPTER 2 - VEHICLES– 08:48]
The VEHICLES tab displays the full list of vehicles in your fleet.
From here you can access data records for Vehicle Health, Location History, and Trip History for individual vehicles.
You can also manage Departure Preconditioning. Only applicable to EV’s, this function lets you preheat the vehicle cabin and battery (or cool the cabin on hot days) prior to departure, while still plugged-in, helping to maximise battery range for the day ahead.
[CHAPTER 3 – LIVE MAP– 12:23]
LIVE MAP gives an overview of the status and location of your vehicles in real time. You can check live range for your EVs, and see if vehicles are moving, stopped, or charging. You can also use Geofences to see how many vehicles occupy a pre-defined area on the map.
[CHAPTER 4 - DRIVERS– 13:34]
The DRIVERS tab contains a roster of all drivers, and to which vehicle they are assigned.
This can also be used to analyse the behaviour of each driver. Letting you see if such things as excessive braking and acceleration are impacting fuel consumption.
Reimbursement Reporting logs when EV’s are charged at a driver’s own home, allowing you to reimburse them for use of their home energy.
[CHAPTER 5 – VEHICLE HEALTH– 16:12]
VEHICLE HEALTH shows an overview of your fleet’s maintenance status. Showing vehicle health issues that are Overdue, require Action Now, Action Soon, or that are Up to Date.
[CHAPTER 6 – FLEET SETTINGS– 17:06]
FLEET SETTINGS, lets you set a range of vehicle preferences. Including service and maintenance reminders, vehicle misuse rules, privacy scheduling (for when drivers need the vehicle for personal use), and more.
[CHAPTER 7 – USER SETTINGS– 18:16]
Finally, USER SETTINGS allows you to change your system preferences, as well as set your location and choose how to receive alerts.
