DC charging:

For chargers like IONITY that support Plug and Charge**, connect the charger to your car to begin. For chargers that don't support it, use the FordPass app to start the session or swipe your Ford Charging Card and follow the instructions. When charging, the cable locks in place and can only be removed when the car is unlocked and the key present, for security.
The charge indicator lights on the charge port display the current status. When plugged in, they turn blue and pulse through five segments according to the charge level.
