01:13 and it was causing the baby's heart rate
01:15 to get lower and lower.
01:17 So emergency C-section and she was born.
01:20 Had I not had surgery,
01:21 it estimated that I would have had a heart attack
01:23 within less than 12 months.
01:25 I mean, I'm like -- yeah, I have goosebumps.
01:27 I don't know if you can see them through the camera.
01:28 It's crazy.
01:29 It's not something you think of your watch...

01:32 ...saving your life.

01:49 In the past, I didn't prioritise taking care of myself.

01:57 But now I've gained the ability to be active

02:09 When I see the little rings of, like,
02:10 get your moves in today, sometimes I used to be like,

02:14 But then it's like, [LAUGHS] you know what?
02:16 I do need to get my move in.
02:17 I like the idea of achievements that you get
02:20 for every small things done.
02:22 It has -- It just reminded me I should stand up, by the way.

02:51 So I paired up my watch with my headphones,
02:54 and the music helps me focus.
02:57 When he started running with the music playing,
