Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Total Time: 35 minutes Makes: 16 servings Ingredients: 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, finely chopped 1/3 cup unsalted butter 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 8 Twix Minis, chopped and divided 1/3 cup prepared buttercream frosting 1/4 cup dulce de leche, divided Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan with enough parchment paper to overhang edges. In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of barely simmering water, melt unsweetened chocolate, butter and salt, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in sugar. Let cool slightly. Stir in egg until well combined. Stir in vanilla. Fold in flour until combined. Stir in half of the chopped Twix Minis. Scrape brownie batter into prepared pan; smooth top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until only a few moist crumbs adhere to toothpick inserted in center; let cool completely on rack. Remove from pan; remove parchment paper. Stir together buttercream frosting and 2 tbsp dulce de leche until blended; spread over brownies. Sprinkle brownies with remaining chopped Twix Minis; drizzle remaining dulce de leche over top. Cut into 16 squares. Tip: Substitute caramel sauce for dulce de leche.
