Turbotax is hoping to get people thinking about taxes in a more positive light
TurboTax has agreed to change some of its business practices, including: better informing users of eligibility to file taxes for free and no longer requiring consumers to restart their tax returns when they switch from a paid product to a free product, the announcement said. TurboTax also agreed to reform its business practices.
