VIDEO Swarovski Christopher John Rogers AW20 TV commercial 2020 • 00:00 but I like to think that you know you 00:02 can be the shiniest sparkliest person in 00:04 the room and also be the most 00:06 intelligent my name is Christopher John 00:08 Rogers and we are in New York City for 00:10 my fall winter 2020 show the mood 00:15 this season is much more sophisticated 00:18 the idea of playing with color and using 00:21 it to express something has always just 00:22 been like a really big part of my 00:24 creativity I'm like where I start we 00:26 have four looks that features Ross and 00:28 quite heavily we have this really 00:29 beautiful fuchsia dress and then we have 00:33 a lime-green look that's a short dress 00:35 in a trouser this really beautiful waist 00:38 or braid shirt and skirt mixed with a 00:40 really beautiful volcano crystal that I 00:42 love which flecks orange red and violet 00:45 then the final look is a black sheath 00:47 dress that's covered in a bunch of 00:49 darker toned crystals so this season for 01:07 beauty we are using upcycle trusty 01:09 crystals on the eyebrow so it's kind of 01:12 an ode to the 1920s 30s 01:15 my relationship with Swarovski started 01:17 summer before my senior year of college 01:19 I actually reached out to stress with 01:21 myself and they ended up sponsoring my 01:23 senior collection and for me embroidery 01:27 and embellishment and shine and again 01:31 just like adding depth to color is 01:33 something that I'm really passionate 01:33 about so I feel really lucky that a 01:36 company like Swarovski has been so 01:38 supportive 01:39 it feels really surreal to be in a 01:42 position where people really are excited 01:44 and by the work enough that they want to 01:46 come to the show I feel really humbled 01:48 and 01:49 very very very excited to show everyone 01:51 we've been up to 01:53 [Applause] 01:53 [Music] 01:55 [Applause]- advertisement spot 2020
