Kimchi SPAM® Pizza Ingredients 1 ball store-bought pizza dough ½ cup pizza sauce ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ⅓ cup diced SPAM® Classic (pan-fried until golden) ½ cup chopped Jongga Sliced Napa Cabbage Mat Kimchi, lightly squeezed to remove excess liquid 1 large egg 1 green onion, thinly sliced Directions: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10–12 inch circle and place on parchment paper. Spread pizza sauce evenly, then top with mozzarella cheese, SPAM®, and Jongga Sliced Napa Cabbage Mat Kimchi. Bake for 6–7 minutes, then carefully crack the egg into the center of the pizza. Bake for another 5–6 minutes, until crust is golden and the egg white is set but yolk is still soft. Remove from oven, garnish with sliced green onion, and serve immediately!
