Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes Makes: 18 servings Ingredients: 8 Creamy Peanut Butter Snickers Minis, divided 1 pkg (15.25 oz) chocolate devil’s food cake mix 3 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature 2/3 cup icing sugar, sifted 2 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Chop Creamy Peanut Butter Snickers Minis; set aside. Beat together cake mix, eggs, 1/2 cup water and oil until well combined; fold in half of the chopped Snickers Minis. Drop generous tablespoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper–lined baking sheets, leaving 2-inch space between cakes. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until tester comes out clean when inserted into center of cake. Let cool completely on rack. Meanwhile, beat together peanut butter and butter until blended; beat in icing sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in remaining Snickers Minis. Spread or pipe tablespoonful of peanut butter frosting onto flat side of 18 cakes. Cap with remaining cakes. Tip: Alternatively, use vanilla cake mix.
