They've been part of the Nordstrom family since 2005. 00:00 welcome to Jeffrey we have three 00:04 locations here in Palo Alto which is our 00:07 newest store Atlanta which I open 29 00:11 years ago in New York and I know I am 00:14 too young to pet a store for 29 years 00:17 you guys come on in 00:20 Jeffrey is a store for men and women it 00:24 is every man's and woman's perfect 00:28 closet I want everything to be very 00:31 accessible I want everyone to be able to 00:34 touch and hold and admire a magnificent 00:39 color of a feathered sandal by Theresa 00:42 Van Noten we go to market in New York we 00:48 go to market and Milan in Paris in 00:51 London and we're always looking for the 00:55 best product from the best designers 00:57 from all over the world my father owned 01:01 a shoe store in Charleston South 01:04 Carolina 01:04 hence my love / shoes and so I kind of 01:09 grew up in the retail business and then 01:12 when I graduated college it was a 01:14 natural for me to go into retail 01:18 Jeffrey stores are not about trends we 01:21 try to edit all of the collections for 01:25 you what we are good at is helping 01:28 individuals bring out the best of their 01:31 own style we are going to try to lead 01:34 them on this journey called fashion and 01:38 style 01:39 we've tried to create a very warm open 01:43 friendly environment with really great 01:46 service and if we can deliver that then 01:50 no one else can compete with us 01:52 I hope customers feel happy when they 01:55 leave a Jeffrey store a Nordstrom told 01:59 me I don't know if it was Pete or if it 02:01 was Blake or if it was Eric but happy 02:04 customers have shopping bags when you 02:07 leave without buying something you're 02:09 kind of leaving disappointed so we want 02:12 happy customers 02:14 [Music] - advertisement spot 2019
