INGREDIENTS STRAWBERRY GELATIN 4 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned ½ cup water ½ cup granulated sugar 3 envelopes (0.25 ounces each) unflavored gelatin, hydrated in ½ cup water and dissolved in a double boiler TRES LECHES GELATIN 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk 1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature 4 envelopes (0.25 ounces each) unflavored gelatin, hydrated in ¾ cup water and dissolved in a double boiler MAKE IT 1.- For the strawberry gelatin, blend 4 cups of strawberries with the water and sugar. Heat the blended mixture for 5 minutes and add 3 envelopes of dissolved unflavored gelatin; stir until well combined and let it cool until it reaches a thick consistency without setting. 2.- For the tres leches gelatin, blend NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk with NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, NESTLÉ® Media Crema, cream cheese, and 4 envelopes of dissolved unflavored gelatin. Let it thicken slightly without setting. 3.- In a greased gelatin mold, pour a little of the strawberry jelly, add a portion of the tres leches gelatina, and then add more strawberry mixture. Gently swirl with a spoon and repeat the process until both mixtures are finished; refrigerate until fully set. Unmold and enjoy.- advertisement spot 2024
