VIDEO M&M's Graveyard Dip TV commercial 2019 • This light and fluffy pumpkin dip is served with a simple homemade sugar cookie for dipping. It’s a satisfying sweet snack that all the Halloween ghouls and goblins will enjoy.

Makes: 16 servings
Ingredients:
Sugar Cookies:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Icing tubes in Halloween colors, for decorating (optional)
Dip:
4 oz brick-style plain cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup canned pumpkin purée
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup 35% heavy cream
2 pkg (1 1/2 oz each) M&M’s Milk Chocolate - Ghoulish Mix, divided
1/4 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
Instructions:
1. Sugar Cookies: In bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, using electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until incorporated. Shape into disk and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
2. Preheat oven to 350[Symbol]F. On lightly flour surface, roll out dough into 1/8-inch thickness. Using 2-inch Halloween cookie cutters (tombstones, pumpkins or bats), cut out 16 cookies, rerolling scraps as needed (use any remaining dough for another use). Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden just around edges. Let cool completely on rack. Decorate cookies with icing (if using).
4. Dip: Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin purée, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla until smooth.
5. Whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold into pumpkin mixture. Fold in half of the M&M’s. Spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and garnish with remaining M&M’s. Serve with cookies for dipping.
Tip: If desired, sprinkle colored sugar on cookies before baking.
