Prep Time: 25 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes (+ 1 hour freezing time) Makes: 12 servings Ingredients: 1 pkg (8 oz) plain brick-style cream cheese 1/3 cup icing sugar, divided 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup 35% heavy cream, divided 1 cup cookie crumbs, divided 3 pkg (1 1/2 oz each) Caramel M&M’s Ghoulish Mix, divided 24 small candy eyes (optional) Instructions: Using electric mixer, whip together cream cheese, 1/4 cup icing sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, beat 1/2 cup cream until stiff peaks form; beat into cream cheese mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup cookie crumbs and half of the M&M’s. Spoon into 12 mini silicone cups. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until well chilled and set. Roll bases in remaining cookie crumbs; arrange in even layer to resemble dirt in a graveyard. Whip remaining cream with icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Spoon into piping bag fitted with round tip; pipe cream on top of each base to resemble ghosts. Garnish each ghost with remaining M&Ms, and candy eyes (if using).
