Thanks to the IKEA Home Tour Squad and some clever entryway furniture solutions, the Husons no longer have to be embarrassed to have people over! To help get the shoes off the floor, the Squad chose the easily accessible STÄLL shoe cabinet, which can fit 18 pairs of shoes. The stackable LIXHULT cabinets were perfect for general entryway storage because they're available in multiple sizes and colors, and can be arranged to fit the space. In Minnesota, winter coats are a must-have that can also take up a lot of space when they're not being used. The Squad gave the Husons SAMLA boxes to organize winter accessories and store them out of sight, and pull-out TROFAST bins in the closet to help keep muddy boots off the floor. Having a place for their sons to display and manage school work was important for Piia and Chad, so the Squad installed a STUVA storage system with three floating cabinets and three pull-out drawers for ease of access.
