Preheat oven to 325°F. Fill an 8x8 baking dish halfway with hot water and place it on the bottom rack (or if your oven has a steam feature add water once preheated). This will help the egg bites steam.⁠ 2.) In a blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Gruyere, cornstarch, salt, pepper and hot sauce. ⁠ 3.) Spray a muffin tin with Original Spray. ⁠ 4.) Place bacon in half of the muffin tins and spinach and mushroom in the other half. Then pour in the egg mixture about ¾ full.⁠ 5.) Use a knife to stir the mixture. ⁠ 6.) Bake for 30 minutes. ⁠ 7.) Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
