Ingredients: Serves 4 4 Hy-Vee large eggs 1 tbsp. fresh chives, minced ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper 1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, crisp-cooked 1 (16-oz.) tube Hy-Vee Jumbo Flaky Butter Flavored biscuits Directions: Step 1: Preheat waffle maker to medium-high according to manufacturer's directions and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Step 2: For eggs: Whisk together eggs, minced chives, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Pour egg mixture into 10-inch nonstick skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes until soft set. Eggs will continue to cook in the waffle maker; remove from heat. Step 3: For waffle sandwich: Separate biscuits into 8. Gently press each round into a 4-inch circle. Top 4 rounds with cheese, 2 slices cooked bacon, and scrambled eggs, leaving a ½-inch border around the edge. Top with remaining 4 biscuit rounds. Press edges to seal. Step 4: Place 1 stuffed biscuit in center of waffle maker; close the lid and bake for 6 minutes or until biscuit is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
