And then, I'm doing 00:39 a background that calls to mind a garden of flowering pomegranates. 00:43 A symbol of fertility. 00:46 Unlike the traditional tarots, none of these elements 00:50 contain human figures. 00:52 That was the real challenge MGC set me. 00:56 So I took the Visconti and Marseille tarots 01:00 and English tarots, which have a more esoteric dimension. 01:04 And I composed the images in the style of big 01:08 Roman silver plates. For example, in the Lovers, 01:12 you see an enormous flower opening 01:16 and an intrigued snail representing the man 01:20 looking at the mystery opening up before his eyes. 01:25 In Death, there is the skull and the snake 01:30 biting its own tail, the ouroboros. 01:32 Because Death, although it seems to be 01:34 a dark card, is a symbol of rebirth.
