I found the online reviews of Daily Harvest reviews a bit conflicting, so I decided to make up my own mind by going through a few weeks of Daily Harvest meals and snacks. Commit to speaking the food language of your diet
The diet I follow will make your mom (and doctor) cringe. Some people say I'm hungry, and -- in case you haven't noticed -- the chips, cookies, and candy are all bite-sized and bird friendly. My taste buds are also extreme because food has to be (a) bland or (b) what you think the word neon tastes like. Probably because I ate so many hot Cheetos, Hot Lemon Cheetos, and Chester's Hot Chips that my taste buds basically burned off my tongue. That and the fact that I've been drinking black coffee since high school.
Food preferences can change over time, and the shift from a diet to a diet high in meat, sugar, and saturated fat is a clear example of a major change in a short period of time.
