Mix flour and cold water into mixing bowl 2. Add yeast and mix the ingredients for 5 minutes with the hands 3. After 5 minutes, add salt 4. Keep mixing for 5 more minutes 5. Pour olive oil & keep mixing until the dough is homogeneous 6. Once ready, in a big bowl, rest for 4 hours covered 7. Portion the dough in 260gr each & make it round 8. Let each small dough rest for additional 2 hours Step 2: Margherita pizza 1. Preheat the oven at 180C 2. Spread the pizza dough with flour and place it on a tray 3. Put the tomato sauce & place it in the oven for 7 – 9 minutes 4. Pull out the pizza from the oven & add the mozzarella cheese 5. Place the pizza in the oven for additional 5 - 7 minutes 6.
